Modifica del regolamento di garanzia e manutenzione post-garanzia

Si prega di dare un'occhiata al cambio di garanzia del regolamento e alla manutenzione post-garanzia della società Infomir:

1. L'entità legale che svolge il servizio di garanzia dei prodotti Infomir sarà cambiata nel territorio dell'Unione Europea dal 01.01.2018:

2. Con la presente si comunica che non forniremo un servizio di assistenza post-garanzia a pagamento dei prodotti Infomir nel territorio dell'Unione Europea dal 01.01.2018. La durata del servizio di garanzia post-vendita rimane la stessa: due anni nel territorio dell'Unione Europea.

3. Per comodità, introduciamo la procedura RMA (Autorizzazione alla Restituzione della Merce). Registra il prodotto su http://www.infomir.com/rma prima della spedizione per il servizio di garanzia.
