Nous vous prions de bien vouloir consulter la modification de la réglementation de la garantie et de la maintenance post-garantie de la société Infomir :

1. L'entité juridique qui effectue le service de garantie des produits Infomir - MAG  sera modifiée sur le territoire de l'Union européenne à partir du 01.01.2018 :

2. Nous vous informons que nous ne fournirons pas de service post-garantie payant des produits Infomir sur le territoire de l'Union européenne à partir du 01.01.2018. La durée du service de garantie après-vente reste la même : deux ans sur le territoire de l'Union européenne.

3. Pour votre facilité, nous introduisons la procédure RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Enregistrez votre produit sur http://www.infomir.com/rma avant l'expédition afin de bénéficier du service de garantie.
